Below is the application to join Model Team 25. The MBP Senior Model Team offers a one of a kind model team experience. My goal is to capture the highlights of your year as it unfolds, and provide you with a collection of images to cherish from one of the most important years of your life!

BOOK YOUR EXCLUSIVE SENIOR SESSION WITH MBP AND EXPERIENCE THE MOST EPIC SENIOR SEASON OF ALL TIME!

 *PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PARENT/GAURDIAN CONSENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE, SO BE SURE TO OBTAIN THEIR PERMISSION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

INFORMED CONSENT AND ACKOWLEDGEMENT

I hear by acknowledge that my parents know that I am applying to the MBP Senior Model Team and I have their approval. Parents will be notified prior to the Senior if they are chosen. Senior Model team Models are required to pay their MBP Individual Senior Exclusive photoshoot experience of $950 or $850 depending on which collection you choose. The $100 deposit is due to secure your spot and schedule your session date. The remaining balance will be due the day of your individual photoshoot unless other payment arrangements have been made.  The MBP Models will also receive 5 extra group/individual sessions. The group sessions are optional but highly encouraged. 

 You will receive a MBP Senior Model team magazine full of details once you have applied, but feel free to contact me with any questions prior to applying.
